Dancing is like taking a holistic approach towards life-long mental and emotional health. I love dancing because it’s more than just moving your body for fun and joy.

It’s a way to relieve stress, break free, and enjoy life. Speaking about life lessons, mastering any style of dance takes hard work, determination, patience, and consistency to become better. In this essay, I will discuss why I love to dance and why everyone else should also dance.

Little Groovers batch provides the joy of dance and music in young children while creating and promoting musical appreciation, rhythm, coordination, fitness, social skills and most of all fun!. Children are taught a range of dance techniques including hip hop, Break dance, jazz and more, in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.

DANCING DIWAS

Dance classes for adults and learn together with experts. Sessions are available to groom beginners and intermediate dancers. We provide ‘ladies only hours’ on weekdays.

You & Me dances are dances whose basic choreography involves coordinated dancing of two partners, as opposed to individuals dancing alone or individually in a non-coordinated manner, and as opposed to groups of people dancing simultaneously in a coordinated manner.
